WILL NANCE

Will Nance is a Vice President of Operations for Erickson Living Retirement Communities and Executive Director of Ashby Ponds in Ashburn, Virginia, where he is responsible for the overall management of 800 employees serving 1,700 seniors living in independent living, assisted living, memory care and nursing. Prior to joining Erickson in 1998, Mr. Nance previously served at Prison Fellowship Ministries and in the George H. W. Bush administration. He received a marketing degree from Auburn University and a Masters of Business Administration from Strathclyde University in Glasgow, Scotland. Mr. Nance and his family live in Alexandria, Virginia.
